The Village of Crooksville has prepared the following reports to provide information to you the consumer, on the quality of our drinking water. Included within these reports is general health information, water quality test results, how to participate in decisions concerning your drinking water and water system, and contact information. Each year a posted copy is accessible through our site and a mailed copy is provided on or before July 1. These deadlines are set by Ohio EPA, and are adhered to by the Village of Crooksville.
