There are two shelter houses in Village Park, one large and one small, that may be rented for parties, reunions, etc. The rental fee is $50.00 per shelter house per day. You are permitted to rent out both at the same time if needed.

Reservations for shelter houses can be made starting in January of each year.

Each shelter house is equipped with electricity, parking, and on-site restrooms, trash dumpsters, and easy access to the Village Park, pond and swimming pool (during summer months). There is an additional fee to use the swimming pool. Please see rates on the Swimming Pool page.

Charcoal and gas grills are allowed to be brought in as well as easy up canopies, yard games, etc. Alcohol is NOT PERMITTED.

Reservations must be made in person at the Municipal Building and paid in full at the time of reserving. We accept cash, check or money order payable to The Village of Crooksville. You may print and fill out the Shelter house Rental Agreement. HOWEVER it must be brought into the office in order for the reservation to be made.
